These little wonders are great in salsa for Taco Tuesday or any day of the week!  To store ours, we cut them in half and freeze them on a cookie sheet then package them in gallzon zip lock bags.  When we want to make salsa, we roast them frozen in the oven with tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic and cilantro.  So good!
